Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of these products (fragile glass, furniture assembly, hygiene), please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals intact. For entrance floor mats, they must be unopened, unused, and free of dirt.

Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

  • Used items: Mirrors that have been installed or show signs of use; shoe-changing stools that have been assembled or used; entrance floor mats that have been placed on the floor, used, or show signs of dirt/wear.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or accidents.

Return Process & Fees

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all hardware and instructions. Mirrors must be carefully repacked with original protective padding.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For large items (mirrors, stools), costs may be significant. We recommend trackable, insured freight service.

  4. 15-20% restocking fee may apply for mirrors and stools.

  5. Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. For mirrors, check for cracks or breakage immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Parts
If your stool arrives missing hardware or parts, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship missing parts free of charge.
