1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home organization and decor products: full-length mirrors, shoe-changing stools, and entrance floor mats.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

For Full-Length Mirrors (Safety Glazing – ANSI Z97.1 / 16 CFR 1201 Compliance):

  • Safety glazing materials are designed to promote safety and reduce the likelihood of cutting and piercing injuries when the glazing materials are broken by human contact.

  • Inspect mirror for chips or cracks before each use. Discard if damaged.

  • Handle with extreme care – even safety glass can cause injury if broken.

  • For wall-mounted mirrors: Must be installed into wall studs or with appropriate heavy-duty anchors rated for the weight.

  • For leaning mirrors: Place on level, stable surface. Do not allow children to climb on mirrors.

  • Keep away from children – broken safety glass still poses injury risk.

  • Clean only with appropriate products (glass cleaner, soft cloth). Do not use abrasive cleaners.

For Shoe-Changing Stools (Anti-Tip Safety – 16 CFR 1261 / ASTM F2057-23 Compliance for Covered Units):

  • For stools meeting criteria (≥27 inches tall, ≥30 lbs, ≥3.2 cubic feet enclosed volume):

    • ANCHOR TO WALL IMMEDIATELY using provided anti-tip device (meets ASTM F3096, tested to 60 lb static load).

    • Never open more than one drawer at a time.

    • Place heavier items on lower shelves.

    • Do not allow children to climb on stools.

    • The anti-tip device must be attached to a structurally sound location on the furniture – look for marked attachment points.

    • Warning label is located on the product – read before use.

    • Failure to anchor can result in tip-over, causing serious injury or death.

  • For smaller stools not meeting criteria:

    • Place on level, stable surface.

    • Do not exceed weight capacity.

    • Do not stand on stools.

For Entrance Floor Mats (Flammability – 16 CFR 1630/1631 Compliance):

  • All mats meet surface flammability standards under 16 CFR Part 1630 (large mats) or 1631 (small mats).

  • Keep away from open flames and heat sources.

  • Do not place mats on stairs (tripping hazard).

  • Ensure mat lies flat – curled edges can cause tripping.

  • Use rug pad underneath if mat slips on floor.

  • If mat does not meet flammability criterion, it is permanently labeled: "FLAMMABLE (FAILS U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE STANDARD FF 2-70): SHOULD NOT BE USED NEAR SOURCES OF IGNITION."

  • A General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) is available for all entrance floor mats certifying compliance with applicable CPSC safety rules.

4. Children's Product Certificate (CPC)
For any products intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory. The CPC includes:

  • Product identification

  • Citation to each CPSC safety rule

  • Identification of manufacturer/importer

  • Date and place of manufacture

  • Date(s) and place(s) of testing

  • Identification of third-party laboratory

5. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For entrance floor mats (general use products not intended for children 12 and under), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request. The GCC certifies compliance with 16 CFR Part 1630 or 1631 based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

6. Small Parts Warning (16 CFR § 1500.19)
If any product contains small parts (fits within 1.25-inch choke tube), it is age-graded 3+ and includes the required choking hazard warning.

7. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

8. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper installation, failure to anchor, breakage, flammability incidents, accidents).

10. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
